Priest: Before the God who loves us and who is faithful, let us offer our intercessions in the name of Jesus, our Teacher and Lord.
Reader: For the Church; may our faith in the resurrection of the dead and the eternal destiny of life continue to inspire our work to promote the dignity and respect of the human body as a dwelling of Holy Spirit.

Reader: For our country; may our leaders make judgements and decisions which are well considered and in the interest of the common good.

Reader: For the World climate change conference being held this week in Egypt; may world leaders be brave in making decisions to care for the health of our planet.

Reader: For those who suffer from stress, depression or loneliness; may the Lord nourish their faith in the context of the community of believers who can support and encourage them.
