Priest:             <\/strong>Let us turn in prayer to the God who knew us and called us before we were born, and who will provide for our needs and those of the whole world.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Reader:          <\/strong>For the Church; may we all respond to the call of Pope Francis to listen to each other and discern how God is calling us to be Church in our present time.<\/p>\n

                        Lord hear us \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.Lord graciously hear us<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Reader:          <\/strong>For the work of Caritas in our diocese and across the world; may the work of social welfare and justice always be at the heart of the practice of faith.   <\/p>\n

                        Lord hear us \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.Lord graciously hear us<\/p>\n

Reader:          <\/strong>For the world; politicians and civic leaders will listen and respond wisely to prophetic voices of truth and challenging words of justice and peace.<\/p>\n

Lord hear us \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.Lord graciously hear us<\/p>\n

Reader:          <\/strong>For peace in our world, especially in Ukraine at the present time; may nations seek ways of dialogue and diplomacy to resolve disputes and conflicts.  <\/p>\n

                        Lord hear us \u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.Lord graciously hear us<\/p>\n

Reader:          <\/strong>For our Parish; may this parish \u201cbe ambitious for the higher gifts\u201d<\/em> and build a community reflecting the mystery of true love which St Paul describes to us today.<\/p>\n
