<\/strong>Having been enlightened by God\u2019s Word, let us bring our needs before the Author of all Truth:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Reader:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>For the Church, that we may respond to the word of God which is proclaimed in our midst; may we listen attentively as the Scriptures are proclaimed, that God\u2019s word may find in us a fruitful field.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <\/strong>For Unity among Christians; in this Octave of Prayer for Christian Unity we pray that all those who bear the name of Christ will strive to work together in those areas where they share common ground and to seek greater dialogue in those areas where there is division.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
