BIDDING PRAYERS:  Feast of All Saints; 31 October 2021<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Priest:             <\/strong>Let us bring our prayers to God, who created the earth and its fullness.<\/p>\n

Reader:          <\/strong>We pray for all members of the Church; may we respond to our baptismal calling to be the people of God, working in unity to discern His will for the Church.<\/p>\n

                        Lord in your mercy; hear our prayer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reader:          <\/strong>We pray for the upcoming Climate Change Conference in Glasgow; may the leaders of all nations recognise the need to transform the way we live so that we will show proper care for our common home.<\/p>\n

                        Lord in your mercy; hear our prayer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reader:          <\/strong>We pray for the grace to be people who live out the Beatitudes; may we recognise that true happiness is found by making the Kingdom of God the focus of our lives.<\/p>\n

                        Lord in your mercy; hear our prayer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reader:<\/strong>          We pray for those Christians suffering persecution today; may they gain courage from their faith as they witness to the Lord<\/p>\n

                        Lord in your mercy; hear our prayer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reader:<\/strong>          We pray for those suffering from anxiety or depression; may they know the peace of the Lord in their hearts and may His presence bring comfort and re-assurance.<\/p>\n

                        Lord in your mercy; hear our prayer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Reader:          <\/strong>Let us remember especially today: (Charlotte Ann McFadian: (Vigil Mass); (Glyn Robert Walton: 9.30am Mass); (Michael Colman: 11.00am Mass) (The Parish: 6.30pm) \u2026 for whom this Mass is offered.<\/p>\n

Also, for all who have gone before us in faith, especially Brendan Smyth and Bernadette Ryles who have died recently, that they may stand with all the saints before the throne of the Lamb.<\/p>\n

Reader:          <\/strong>Let us pray for our own private intentions; (pause).   We ask Mary, our Mother, to intercede on our behalf: Hail Mary \u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n
