BIDDING PRAYERS:  TRINITY SUNDAY

Priest:             Let present to our Heavenly Father our needs and the world today.

Reader:          For the Church; may we be witnesses in our world to guiding power of God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

                        Lord hear us ……………………………….Lord graciously hear us

Reader:          For our government and all those who are elected to serve us; may they seek ways to build up society which reflects God our Creator: valuing each person while also maintaining the unity of the whole community.

Reader:          For those affected by war, especially in Ukraine; may the Lord grant peace to our troubled world.

Lord hear us ……………………………….Lord graciously hear us

Reader:          For those do not believe in God; may we strive to show something of the wonder and awe of the God who is loves that He may become visible in their hearts.

Reader:          For our Parish; may we seek ever new and creative ways in which we can spread the message of God’s love to all people.

Reader:          For those preparing to receive the Sacraments, especially those children who are making their First Holy Communion this weekend. May the grace of God inspire them to be fully alive in His love.
